Operations Pastor (Full-Time)
Serve Rock Hills Church by playing an instrumental role alongside the Executive Team in the administration and function of the building, growth, and development of the organization to move ministry forward more effectively within the church body and our community. The Director of Operations serves as the primary point of contact for the finances, facilities, risk management, human resources, events…(Potentially care, outreach, or hospitality would be under this portfolio). The Operations Pastor will work energetically to turn our vision into action; by helping us use our gifts and resources together as a well-coordinated, collaborative church. Working closely with the Lead Pastor, the Operations Pastor, will assist in leading staff and liaise across all areas of operations thereby bringing increased focus, alignment, and care to the cohesive management of the ministry.
Administrative Assistant (Full-Time)
The Admin Assistant will serve the ministry of Rock Hills Church by serving our lead pastors administratively. This person must have a desire to learn, grow, be flexible, anticipate needs, high attention to details and organization. This role will require an effective communicator, both verbally and written. This role will oversee tasks such as; meeting prep, schedules, errands, purchases, travel, correspondence, research, and “many little things”. This role will need to work on pace with Pastor’s Troy and Lacey Hartman.
